m4mentor pairs students preparing for exams with a personal mentor. This page explains what we collect, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, Google shares only these and your profile picture. We never see your Google password or your Gmail, Drive or other Google data.
- Study details you give us: your exam date, preferred session times and language.
- Your practice: your answers, time taken, how confident you felt, your reflection notes and your test scores.
Why we collect it
To run your daily sessions and weekly tests, to plan your revision, and so your mentor can see how you are doing and guide you in your 1:1s.
Who can see it
You, your assigned mentor and the head mentor. Other students never see your data. We do not sell your data, show ads or share it with anyone else, except the services below that run the app for us.
Where it is kept
Your data is stored with Supabase in their Mumbai, India data centre. The app is hosted by Vercel. Both keep it secure and use it only to run m4mentor.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can update your details in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data or have your account and data deleted, email us at support@m4mentor.com. We will do it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app before the change applies to you.
